①. The pipes connected to the water softener should use plastic pipes for water supply, and the drainage pipes should not use soft plastic pipes to prevent deformation of the pipes and affect the drainage effect.
②. Connect the water inlet and outlet pipes according to the arrow mark of the water inlet and outlet of the control valve. The flow type regeneration controller is used, and the flow meter must be installed at the water outlet.
③. The inlet and outlet pipes should be equipped with pressure gauges and manual valves, as well as a bypass valve, and a sampling valve should be installed in front of the outlet pipe valve. A Y-type filter is generally installed after the water inlet pipe valve to prevent the dirt in the pipe from clogging the valve body and causing the equipment to malfunction.
④. The connection length of the drain pipe should not exceed 6m, the curvature should be minimized, and the installation of valves is strictly prohibited.
⑤. The connection length of the brine pipeline should not exceed 2m, and a good seal must be maintained, otherwise it will affect the regeneration effect of the water softener.
