Before installing membrane elements, make sure the system has been cleaned. When the membrane element is installed in the system, the O-ring and concentrated water sealing ring should be properly lubricated. Silicone rubber or 50% glycerin aqueous solution can be used. Oil, grease, vaseline or petroleum compounds are prohibited.
3. Washing of the new membrane
The reverse osmosis pure water equipment should be thoroughly flushed after installing the membrane elements to completely clean the remaining impurities, solvents and protective fluids in the system. At the same time, when the produced water is used for drinking, it needs to be rinsed for at least 24 hours.
