To produce a reverse osmosis system, specific water specifications must be followed for different production processes. The water specifications vary from field to field. For example, the resistivity is divided into 18mω.cm, 15mω.cm, 10mω.cm, 2mω.0, 0.5mω.cm, etc. with conductivity ranging from 20us/cm to 0.1us/cm. Therefore, a different pretreatment system must be installed according to different water specifications.
1. Electronic industry water:
Semiconductors and high-precision machinery; printing equipment circuit boards and electronic components; super raw materials and ultra-pure chemicals; ultra-pure chemical industrial raw materials; superconductive digital liquid crystal display, PDP plasma display panels; high-quality cathode ray tubes, fluorescent powder production; semiconductors, wafer materials production, processing, cleaning; laboratories and pilot production workshops; optoelectronic products; and other high-tech classics.
2. Precision machinery industry water:
Automotive parts manufacturing; aircraft and engine blade manufacturing; printer and laser head manufacturing; external optical disc drive and hard disk read/write head manufacturing; and other precision machinery products manufacturing with special requirements.
3. Industrial boiler water:
High-standard industrial boilers and power plants, medium-standard boiler feedwater softening systems, etc.
4. Biochemical industry water:
Organic solvents and cleaning processes used in chemical raw material production; semiconductor materials for electronic devices. Chemical raw materials used in integrated circuit chip; production, processing, and purification of quartz stone photovoltaic material; ultra-pure black ink; inkjet used in fax machine; nanotechnology black ink.
5. Electroplating and paint industry water:
In the electroplating and paint industry, to improve the smoothness, brightness, and adhesion of the electroplated surface, the preparation of the electroplating solution requires pure water with a conductivity of less than 15us/cm to 5us/cm. In addition, pure water with a conductivity of less than 10 us/cm must also be used for cleaning. In addition, ultrafiltration membranes and RO reverse osmosis can also be used to recover valuable metal cations from the wash solution, and the permeate water can be recovered for electroplating cleaning.
