Other common problems

1. High-pressure pump: It may stop running, fail to start, or run normally but not produce water. These problems may be caused by power problems, low-pressure switch failure, water pump failure, or other electrical failures.

2. Reverse osmosis membrane element: If the reverse osmosis membrane element is blocked or contaminated, it may cause the equipment to produce less water, and the conductivity of the produced water and the conductivity of the concentrated water will increase at the same time.

3. Precision filter: Water leakage may occur, which may be caused by poor sealing between the filter element and the filter housing or loose installation of the filter element. If the filter element of the precision filter is blocked, it may cause low water supply pressure.

4. Pipes and valves: Blockage of the pipeline from the high-pressure pump to the reverse osmosis may cause high water supply pressure. In addition, the equipment may also have problems such as low or high water supply pressure, and increased conductivity of produced water and concentrated water. These problems may be related to multiple components and need to be comprehensively investigated and solved.


In order to maintain the normal operation of the equipment, it is recommended to perform maintenance and inspection regularly to promptly detect and resolve potential faults and problems. In addition, electronic control system failures, water pump problems, etc. may also cause the equipment to malfunction, and professional maintenance personnel need to be found in time to deal with them.
