Notes on installation of FRP membrane shell
Improper assembly will seriously affect the damage of various properties of the FRP membrane housing, and even more seriously, it may lead to personal injury and failure of the end part burst. Today, Xiaobian will introduce some requirements for the installation of FRP membrane shells.
Precautions for installation of FRP membrane shell
1. When installing the two ends and the sealing plate, please pay attention to the protection of the sealing parts. Lubricant should be smeared in place, especially the slope of the inner stop ring groove of the end should be evenly smeared to ensure that the OK type sealing ring is lubricated and advanced.
2. Check the tightening strength of the pressure plate tightening nut.
3. Pay attention to all the accessories of the second end, whether there is any missing installation, and whether there is any debris left in the membrane shell, so as not to cause the high pressure drop to damage the filter element and membrane shell.
4. Check whether the thrust ring is at the concentrated water end to prevent damage to the filter element during backwashing.
5. Check the connectors (by Belling, clamps) to ensure they are installed in place.
6. After the installation and inspection is completed, slowly add water to the membrane module (in the membrane shell), and discharge the air in the membrane element and the membrane shell. After emptying, release the pressure and reciprocate several times to prevent water hammer and ensure that the sealing ring can be stretched freely and reset.
7. The pressure in the fresh water pipe should not exceed 125PSI. Pay attention to whether there is any foreign matter in the water purification pipe.
8. The membrane shell cannot be used as a load-bearing carrier, and cannot be used to load or exert pressure on the upper part, and cannot exert pressure on its directly connected accessories.
