The characteristics, usage requirements and installation precautions of FRP membrane shell
Introduction to the use requirements of FRP membrane shells
FRP membrane shell, also known as membrane pressure vessel, is a supporting product for reverse osmosis, sodium filtration, ultrafiltration and other devices. It is manufactured by a computer program-controlled winding unit and high-performance processing equipment. Today, the editor will introduce some requirements for the use of FRP membrane shells.
The requirements for the use of FRP membrane shells are as follows:
1.
Comply with the rated design pressure index, use it within the
allowable value range, and strictly prohibit overpressure operation.
2. The normal working temperature of the FRP membrane shell is
generally in the range of -7℃-49℃, and it is strictly forbidden to work
outside this temperature range.
3. The PH range that the FRP membrane shell can withstand is 3-10.
4. The back pressure shall not exceed 125PSI.
5. The conventional fluid medium is clean water, sewage and sea water.
If it is used for special fluid, please contact water treatment
professionals in advance to avoid accidents.
6. When the system is
working or there is pressure in the membrane shell, it is strictly
forbidden to knock, disassemble or move the membrane shell, and strictly
control the influence of the surrounding vibration sources.
The
above is the maintenance requirements of the FRP membrane shell. When
servicing or replacing fiberglass pressure vessels, it may be necessary
to remove them from the system. Please reserve enough space for
maintenance operations. Be careful when installing and removing the
membrane casing to avoid damage to the casing, as this will result in
failure of the pressure vessel and possible injury to people.
