1. Disassemble the end cap of the membrane housing
There are mainly two types of membrane housing end caps on the market, one is fixed by three clips, like our Winder and Winder-G series. And the other is fixed by a spring ring. The membrane housing end caps can be removed by using the appropriate tool.
2. Rinse the membrane housing
Before opening the end cap of the membrane housing, turn on the low pressure flushing pump for flushing.
After opening the end cap of the membrane housing, rinse the inside of the membrane housing with water again.
If there are stubborn pollutants, you can use a long iron wire to tie a mop to clean the inner wall of the membrane housing to ensure that the interior of the membrane housing is clean before installing the membrane.
3. Membrane and Membrane housing Orientation
The plastic pipe bears low pressure and the steel pipe bears high pressure, and the water flow direction of the membrane housing can be determined by the high-pressure pump.
4. Membrane orientation and installation push-in
After determining the direction of water flow, push the end of the membrane without sealing ring into the membrane housing first, leaving a distance of about 15cm from the port of the membrane housing to stop.
Apply diluted glycerin to lubricate the large rubber ring and the central tube rubber ring, insert another membrane in the same direction and push in parallel, and so on.
5. Install the membrane housing end cap
Reinstall and reset the membrane housing end cap according to the structure when the membrane housing end cap was disassembled.
If it is difficult, you can use a wooden block on the end cap of the membrane housing to hit it with a hammer to reset it. Never hit the end cap of the membrane housing with a hammer directly.
